A free app for Android, by strongSwan Project.
For the last couple of years, Android has introduced a new way of connecting to the Internet, the so-called VPN (Virtual Private Network), which allows you to bypass the blocks imposed by countries or companies and surf the Internet as if you were on your own private network. It can also be used to unblock websites or even to secure your Wi-Fi connection.
Now you can connect to the Internet securely and anonymously with the strongSwan VPN Client for Android.
You can install it on your Android device and connect to the Internet through a VPN server in the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Australia, or Japan.
There are different server configurations that you can choose from, but for the most part, they're set up to be compatible with the strongSwan VPN Client.
You can choose to connect with a username and password or with a certificate.
